At Aquaroo, we want you to be truly happy with your purchase! We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day your order arrives. If you need to return something, please make sure it's in the same brand-new condition it arrived in – unused, with all the original tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Please also keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

To start a return, just send an email to our customer support team at returns@aquaroobabycarrier.com. Once we've reviewed your request and given it the thumbs-up, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions on how to send the package back to us. To help us keep things organized, please reach out to us before sending anything back.

If Something Isn't Quite Right:

When your Aquaroo items arrive, please take a quick peek to make sure everything looks perfect. If you happen to notice any issues like a defect, damage during shipping, or if we accidentally sent the wrong item, please let us know right away. We're here to help make things right for you and your family.

Need a Different Size or Color

The easiest way to swap for a different size or color is to return the original item following our simple return steps. Once we receive it back and give it a quick check, you can place a new order for exactly what you need.

Getting Your Refund Sorted

Once your returned items arrive back with us, we'll take a look. We'll then send you a little note to let you know if your refund has been approved. If it has, we'll process the funds back to your original payment method, minus a $15.00 return shipping fee. Please allow a little time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and show it in your account.
